Discovery
Discovery is a ‘revelationary’ technique that enables you to reveal and realise your inner vision, dreams, hopes, desires. It is designed for people who may be ‘stuck’ in life or are perhaps craving inspiration.
You may be either unhappy in your current career, but aren’t sure where to go next. Or you may have been struggling to move forward in any area of your life for some time and need support to see the next step(s) clearly. It also works very well for people who are finishing in education and are not entirely sure where to go next to start their career.
Discovery is a technique that Anne-marie has developed over 30 years as a mentor and consultant working with individuals, brands and companies.
Each session is about giving yourself time and focus – you focus on you. It is designed for you to check in with your own gut instinct and feelings and allow yourself to express these in a completely open and honest way, in a supportive environment. It is an intuitive technique that focuses on how you really feel about something rather than what you think you should feel about something. The aim is for you to have your very own lightbulb moment, one of clarity and clear action. At the end of the session you will have a clear view of your new pathway that will be yours to walk.
It takes a maximum of two hours and is a fast-paced, intuitive, interactive session.
It reveals at the end of it what your next steps could be.
During this initial session Anne Marie was able to pinpoint the major cause of the problem and more importantly provide guidance on what I needed to do to deal with it.
